Magliocco

This red wine derives from the vintage vines of Magliocco and Greco Nero of the Boccafolle estate in Mottafollone (CS) in the wine region of Alta Calabria. The grapes are vinified through a temperature-controlled process and the wine is refined in steel silos first and in bottles briefly after.

The wine is ruby with shades of purple. It emanates scents of wild berries and prunes and appears balanced to the palate.

Both taste and scent are amplified by pairings with dishes from the Mediterranean culinary tradition.
